Shipping costs are figured by our web site on step "2 of 3" of the checkout process before you have to checkout or enter any credit/debit card information. We do this so you, our customers get real-time shipping rates directly from UPS and not our or someone else's idea of what shipping should be. This is why we wait until step two of the checkout process to give you your shipping costs because the UPS servers need your zip code and package weight in order to give you an accurate shipping rate.
We ship UPS only, so please no P.O. Boxes unless you have an APO/FPO address. If you do have an APO/FPO address you will need to email, fax or call in your order. Please note, all orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days, and UPS could take up to another 5-7 days to deliver, depending on distance.
