Government issue woodland camouflage elbow pads. In good condition. Elastic band wraps around arm and attaches to velcro. Would also make great rollerblade elbow pads. Available in large and medium. There is no standard measurement for these. Medium should fit those who wear x-small or small shirts. Large should fit those who wear medium, large or x-large. These are genuine military surplus!
